JP Markets Christmas Trading Championship 2025

From December 26, through January 10, , traders in South Africa can compete in the JP Markets Christmas Trading Championship. The total prize pool is R 50,000. If you trade full-time or you're looking to test your approach on a live account, this contest puts your results on the board.

How to Join

Getting started is quick:

1. Sign up: Open and verify your JP Markets account. Registration opens on December 15, 2025.
2. Trade: Compete for 16 days using any instruments and any trading style. You need at least 10 lots traded to qualify.
3. Place on the leaderboard: Rankings are based on percentage PnL (profit and loss compared to the capital used), so smaller accounts can still compete fairly.

• 1st Place: R 30,000 cash
• 2nd Place: iPhone valued at R 18,500
• 3rd Place: Advanced Trading Course valued at R 6,500

Rules and Key Details

• The contest is open only to verified JP Markets clients in South Africa, Namibia, or Swaziland.
• Trading must be done on a live account. Deposits and withdrawals during the contest are tracked for scoring.
• The ranking uses PnL %, calculated as net profit divided by active trading capital.
• The leaderboard will be updated daily. Winners will be announced on January 13, 2026.
• Any cheating or trade manipulation can lead to disqualification.
