Salma Markets $10 No Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions

  1. The $10 No Deposit Bonus Promotion is also known as the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account or the "Account." Saracen Inc offers the promotion and is referred to as the "Company" in these terms.
  2. The promotion is available only to new, verified account holders who reside in Malaysia. The IP address used during registration must match the participant's registered country. The Company may reject or disqualify registrations made with an IP address from another country.
  3. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  4. To qualify, a participant must open a new account and receive approval from the Company.
  5. The Company credits $10 to the Account as non-withdrawable and non-transferable trading credit. This amount is called the "Trading Credit" or "Credit." The credit expires 90 days after it is issued. If the Account remains inactive for 30 days or more during that period, the Company may remove the Trading Credit.
  6. Before requesting a withdrawal of profits earned through the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account, the Client must complete account verification and satisfy all of these requirements:

    • Earn at least $20 in profit.
    • Trade at least 5 standard lots.
    • Keep every open position active for a minimum of 3 minutes.

The maximum withdrawal is $20. The Company may reject a request that fails to meet these conditions and may remove the $10 Trading Credit.

Only Forex and commodity trades count toward the promotion, subject to the Company's assessment of eligible trading activity. The Company reviews profits earned with the Trading Credit and has the final decision on prohibited activity, trade eligibility, and profit validity.

  7. Trading volume created through abusive or artificial activity won't count toward the required volume. This includes quickly opening and closing positions, limiting exposure to price movements, or repeatedly placing trades without taking genuine market risk.

    Prohibited activity includes the following:

    1. Quote stuffing: Placing and canceling a large number of orders within a short period to create artificial activity, mislead other market participants, or overload the Company's systems.
    2. Sniping: Trading on stale, delayed, or outdated prices to profit from temporary pricing differences, especially during periods of low liquidity.
    3. Price manipulation: Attempting to influence an instrument's price through coordinated trades, misleading information, or other deceptive conduct.
    4. Swap abuse: Opening or closing positions around rollover periods only to obtain favorable swap conditions or avoid negative swaps in a way that doesn't reflect normal trading.
    5. Churning: Placing excessive trades without a legitimate trading reason to generate commissions, rebates, or other benefits.
    6. Platform abuse: Using scripts, bots, software, or other tools to interfere with the trading platform or bypass its features and limits. This includes misuse of latency, API endpoints, or order-throttling systems.
    7. Collusion: Coordinating with other Clients or third parties to manipulate prices, trading results, or market conditions. This includes mirror trading, copy trading, and other coordinated activity used for manipulation.
    8. Promotional or bonus abuse: Trading mainly to meet promotional requirements instead of participating in the market normally. Examples include trade cycling, repeated low-risk trades, and transactions designed to increase reported volume.
    9. Trade cycling or volume farming: Repeatedly opening and closing positions, including offsetting trades, with little market exposure or no legitimate trading purpose.
    10. The Company may respond to prohibited activity by canceling trades, changing the account balance, suspending or ending access to its services, closing the account permanently, or taking legal action.
  8. If the Account reaches Stop Out, the Company will treat the Trading Credit as used and remove it. The promotion will then end.
  9. Each person and household may receive only one $10 No Deposit Bonus. Participants can't register with the information of a family member, acquaintance, or company. This includes using another person's name, IP address, email address, phone number, physical address, or utility bill.

If the Company suspects that someone used another person's details or created multiple registrations to obtain the bonus, it may remove the Trading Credit without prior notice.

  10. The Company may end the promotion at any time without notice. It may also reject an application or cancel a new Client's $10 Free Account when it considers that action reasonable or necessary.
  11. Salma Markets employees, service providers, associates, and their family members aren't eligible for the $10 Free Account.
  12. The $10 Free Account Promotion can't be combined with another promotion.
  13. By joining the promotion, the Client agrees that the Company may process the personal information submitted during registration and participation. Salma Markets and its related entities may collect and use this information only to administer and operate the promotion.
  14. A Client may withdraw consent for personal data processing at any time. However, withdrawing consent may interrupt, suspend, or end participation in the promotion.
  15. The Company may request additional documents before or during participation. Clients must provide the requested documents. Failure to do so may interrupt, suspend, or end participation.
  16. Clients who submit false, incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration will be disqualified.
  17. A breach of these terms or the Company's general trading conditions may result in the immediate cancellation of the $10 Trading Credit and any profits the Company considers improperly generated.
  18. The Company isn't responsible for the results of a canceled or rejected Trading Credit. This includes orders closed because of Stop Out.
  19. The promotion isn't available to citizens or residents of the United States.
  20. The Company may change these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will appear on its website, so participants should check the latest version regularly.
