ACY Group Names Denise Taouk Chief Compliance and Legal Counsel

ACYLogix Group has appointed Denise Taouk as Chief Compliance and Legal Counsel. She will join the company's Executive Leadership Team and oversee its legal, compliance, and regulatory operations worldwide.

Taouk has more than 20 years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech, and payments. Her career has focused on legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance across international businesses.

In her new position, Taouk will guide ACYLogix's legal and compliance teams while helping strengthen the group's governance and regulatory frameworks in the markets where it operates. She will also support the company's efforts to meet its obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
