Techysquad has appointed Alexis Droussiotis as its new Chief Operating Officer, bringing an experienced trading technology executive into the company's senior leadership team.
The Dubai-based technology provider announced the appointment on LinkedIn. According to the company, Droussiotis has extensive experience managing operations, expanding businesses, and building effective teams. He will help guide Techysquad as it grows its brokerage and fintech technology services.
Droussiotis joins Techysquad at a time when the company is expanding its technology solutions for forex brokers and proprietary trading firms.
Droussiotis has spent over 15 years working across brokerage operations, trading platforms, liquidity connectivity, and financial technology. His previous positions included senior roles at PrimeXM, FXTM, Alpari, Windsor Brokers, and SpotOption.
That experience covers both sides of the industry. He has worked with brokerage businesses as well as technology providers, giving him practical knowledge of the systems and processes that support modern trading firms.
In his new role, Droussiotis will oversee operations as Techysquad continues to develop its product portfolio. The company's services include Forex CRM, Prop Trading CRM, Traders Room, multi-level introducing broker systems, PAMM technology, and trade-copying tools.
Techysquad also provides integrations with major trading platforms, including MT4, MT5, cTrader, and TradeLocker. Its teams work across the United Arab Emirates, India, Serbia, Cyprus, and Malta, supporting brokerage companies in international markets.
The company operates as a B2B technology provider rather than a broker. Its systems help financial businesses manage client onboarding, payment processes, trading accounts, introducing broker networks, and daily operational tasks.
Droussiotis' background includes platform management, liquidity technology, broker operations, and business development. These areas match Techysquad's focus as brokers and proprietary trading firms seek connected systems that can support multiple products, trading platforms, and client accounts.
His appointment strengthens the company's leadership team as Techysquad expands its operations and continues developing its technology ecosystem for the global brokerage and fintech sectors.
