Anthony Potamitis Joins OneRoyal as Chief Operations and Products Officer

OneRoyal, a global financial services provider, has named Anthony Potamitis as its new Chief Operations and Products Officer. The move adds more depth to the leadership team as the company moves into its next stage of growth.

Potamitis brings more than 25 years of senior experience across product, technology, and trading operations. He has built and scaled platforms in regulated settings, with work spanning fintech and gaming. OneRoyal says his hire supports its focus on strong operations, better platform performance, and a customer experience that keeps improving.

In this role, Potamitis will lead operations, product direction, and platform development. His focus includes improving execution, strengthening reliability and controls, and helping teams deliver clear results. He has managed groups across Product, Engineering, UX/Design, QA, Project Management, and Trading Operations, giving him a full view of how products move from idea to delivery.

“Anthony brings the exact combination we value most as we scale,” said Rayan Al-Annan, CEO of OneRoyal. “His ability to connect product vision with operational execution, combined with deep experience in brokerage operations and technology leadership, will help as we continue to improve our platform and client offering.”

Before joining OneRoyal, Potamitis held a senior role at King (part of Microsoft). He worked on major mobile titles, including the Candy Crush franchise, and led platform work aimed at better efficiency, reliability, and faster development cycles. His projects included launching internal platform products that cut costs by as much as 70 percent, creating millions in yearly savings. He also led work in runtime tuning, observability, AI support, and stronger security to help with growth over time.

Earlier, he spent almost 20 years in brokerage leadership roles. That includes Head of Product & Technology and Head of Trading Operations at Intertrader (Entain Group), plus VP, Head of Product at easyMarkets. Across those roles, he helped ship multi-asset trading platforms, grow global teams, manage M&A integrations, and bring new products to market for retail traders.

He also joined FxPro early in its history as a founding team member. His work covered support, development, and trade operations, and he helped set up FxPro’s first Project Management Office. That structure supported more consistent delivery as the company expanded.

“At OneRoyal, we’re focused on growing with pace and discipline,” said Potamitis. “I’m excited to join a business with strong foundations and ambitious goals. I look forward to strengthening the platform, improving the customer experience, and working with the team to deliver real outcomes for our clients.”

The appointment signals OneRoyal’s continued investment in leadership, technology, and operations as it grows its global presence and builds out its trading offering.
