Alexander Goetze Named Chief Client Officer at BlueMatrix
BlueMatrix has promoted Alexander Goetze to Chief Client Officer. The move highlights the company’s focus on stronger client relationships and better outcomes for its global network of investment research publishers and users.
In this role, Goetze will lead client strategy, relationship management, and service delivery across all regions. He’ll partner with institutional clients, research providers, and internal teams to improve the client experience, support long-term relationships, and expand use of BlueMatrix’s research distribution and analytics platform.
Goetze has a strong background in financial technology and capital markets. He’s known for building and growing client-facing teams. Since joining BlueMatrix, he has helped deepen ties with buy-side and sell-side firms, connect client feedback to product work, and support growth as research becomes more data-driven and more regulated.
Before this promotion, Goetze held senior roles at the company. He helped broaden client coverage, strengthen onboarding and support, and help clients get more value from BlueMatrix’s tools. His knowledge of the research ecosystem and team-first leadership style have also helped reinforce a client-focused culture.
As Chief Client Officer, Goetze will keep raising the bar on service, support client-led product improvements, and maintain BlueMatrix’s role as a trusted partner for investment research teams.
