Brian Myers has left Equiti Group after eight years to join CFDs broker VCG Markets as its new Group CEO.
Myers joined Equiti in 2018 in London as CEO of Equiti Capital, the group's FCA-regulated institutional services arm. In 2021, he moved to Equiti's Dubai headquarters and took on several senior roles, including Group Chief Commercial Officer, CEO of Equiti Brokerage (Seychelles), and head of the group's Africa business.
Before Equiti, Myers was CEO of GKFX Prime, later known as Trivepro. He also held earlier roles at OANDA, Alpari, and FXCM.
VCG Markets is based in Dubai. The company has operated since 2021 as an offshore broker domiciled in Mauritius. In 2025, it received a UAE CMA Category 5 license for introduction and promotion under VCG Securities Financial Consultation LLC.
Until now, VCG Markets was led by Abdallah Garib, who had previously been Chief Compliance and Legal Officer for MENA at Equiti Group during the early part of Myers' time there.
