GenesisFX appoints Arkadiusz Bujalski as Head of Operations

Saint Lucia-based CFDs broker GenesisFX Markets has appointed Arkadiusz Bujalski as its new Head of Operations & Systems Automation,

Bujalski will oversee the development and optimization of the broker's operational systems, internal workflows, and technical infrastructure. His experience in management and data engineering is expected to support the firm's compliance processes and day-to-day commercial operations.

Based in Cyprus, Bujalski joins GenesisFX Markets after three years at Zarvista, formerly known as Zara FX. He first joined the company as Operations Manager and later became Head of Operations.

Before joining Zarvista, he led customer support at BUX's Stryk CFDs brand from 2022 to 2023. In that role, he developed support procedures across several departments and worked on performance measures for institutional clients.

Bujalski previously spent five years at FxPro as a Customer Support Supervisor, where he managed departmental workflows and reviewed the customer journey for retail traders. His earlier roles included client onboarding, KYC and AML compliance, and account lifecycle management at Safecap Investments, the operator of Markets.com, as well as XTrade, IronFX, and UFXMarkets.
