CFI Financial Names Hantec CTO O’Sullivan Senior Advisor

Hantec CTO O’Sullivan joins CFI Financial as Senior Technology Advisor

Michael O’Sullivan has moved to Dubai-based CFI Financial Group as Senior Technology Advisor.

He started the role in October, based on his LinkedIn profile. Before joining CFI, O’Sullivan was Chief Technology Officer at Hantec Markets.

At CFI Financial, he supports the CEO and senior leadership with tech operations across the company’s regional footprint. His work covers incident response, change control, and service coordination, with a focus on building auditable processes into day-to-day workflows.

O’Sullivan spent close to two years at Hantec Markets. He joined in July 2023 as CTO for the broker and its retail prop firm, Hantec Trader.

Earlier in his career, he served as CTO at broker IFINOX. He joined in early 2021 and led the delivery of the firm’s multi-asset trading platform.

Separately, CFI Financial recently announced a run of in-person seminars set for January 2026 across the Middle East. The company says the sessions will focus on education, career growth, and networking.
