Financial services group Exinity has appointed former OANDA executive Darren Moffett as chief marketing officer of its FXTM brand.
Based in London, Moffett will lead FXTM's global marketing strategy, product development, and client acquisition efforts. Exinity operates several retail trading brands, including the established forex broker Alpari and stock trading app Nemo.
Moffett previously spent almost five years as OANDA's global chief marketing officer. During his time at the company, he also served on the board of Coinpass, OANDA's cryptocurrency division.
His move comes after a period of leadership changes at OANDA following its acquisition by proprietary trading firm FTMO in December 2025. Several senior executives have since left the brokerage, including CEO Gavin Bambury and CTO Eoin McCoy.
Before joining the online trading sector, Moffett held senior digital and performance marketing roles in media, gaming, and banking. His previous employers include News UK, Rank Group, and the Bank of Montreal.
