FX Back Office Names Malika Bakytova Sales Manager

FX Back Office (FXBO) has hired Malika Bakytova as Sales Manager. Based in Cyprus, she brings hands-on experience in broker technology and trading infrastructure.

Bakytova joins FXBO from Brokeree, where she worked for more than three years as a Business Development Manager. In that role, she partnered with brokerage firms and tech providers, built long-term relationships, and helped teams adopt trading and automation tools. Her work also gave her a clear view of what brokers need when they operate in tight, highly regulated markets.

At FXBO, she will help grow sales, deepen client relationships, and support rising demand for the company’s CRM and back-office solutions. With her background, she’s well placed to help brokers improve day-to-day operations, boost efficiency, and grow without adding unnecessary complexity.

Her hire comes soon after FXBO brought in Natalie Agopian, a former Praxis Tech executive, as Chief Commercial Officer. The two additions show FXBO’s focus on building a strong commercial team as it expands in the broker CRM and back-office technology market.

FXBO continues to broaden its product lineup and reach, offering integrated tools that help brokers manage clients, simplify internal workflows, and support steady growth. Adding senior sales leadership is part of the plan as more brokers look for dependable, flexible technology partners.
