Traze appoints CFI executive Rawan Hosheah as VP of Business Development

Retail forex and CFD broker Traze has hired Rawan Hosheah as its new Vice President of Business Development, extending the company's recruitment drive in 2026.

Based in Amman, Jordan, Hosheah joins Traze after eight years with CFI, a leading broker in the MENA region. She most recently held the position of Head of Business Development at CFI.

Traze has made several senior appointments this year. The company's recent hires include Bassem Abdou from OneRoyal as Director of Business Development, ICM.com executive George Nazih Girgis as VP of Business Development, and former HFM executive Murilo de Oliveira as Country Manager for Latin America.

The broker also appointed former GO Markets executive Naeem Afzal as Managing Director in Dubai, Equiti alum Ahmed Pasha to lead risk and trading, and former Hantec executive Sanjay Malviya to head sales in India.

Traze is part of London-based Zeal Group and operates mainly from Dubai. Group subsidiaries hold licenses from the UAE's Securities and Commodities Authority (Category One) and South Africa's Financial Sector Conduct Authority. The group also operates in the UK under the ZFX brand through an FCA-regulated entity, along with an offshore entity in Seychelles.

Traze and Zeal Group are controlled by Chinese national Yun Chen.
