Offshore CFDs broker Zarvista appoints Mohammed El Alaoui Essosse as CEO

Dubai-based, offshore CFDs broker Zarvista Capital Markets has appointed Mohammed El Alaoui Essosse as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), FX News Group has learned.

Essosse has spent the past three years at Zarvista, which previously operated under the name ZaraFX before a 2024 rebrand. During his time with the firm, he served as Head of Business Development and also as Director of Africa. Before joining Zarvista, he held senior sales and business development roles at AUS Global and at INFINOX, with a focus on the MENA region.

He takes over from Zarvista founder and controlling shareholder Jamsheer Thazhe Veettil, who previously held the CEO position. The company also brought in former BUX Cyprus Managing Director Jean-Raphael Nahas as COO, however he left the firm late last year, according to people familiar with the matter.

Zarvista operates as an offshore Retail FX and CFDs broker, registered in Mwali and Mauritius. The business runs mainly from Dubai and Cyprus, and targets traders across the MENA and Asia regions. Jamsheer Thazhe Veettil, an Indian national, controls the company.
