Capital.com Appoints Former IG Senior Trader Neeraj Radia as Principal, Dealing

Capital.com has hired Neeraj Radia as Principal, Dealing, in London, adding another former IG employee to its UK team. Radia shared the news on LinkedIn. His profile lists September 2026 as the date he joined the broker.

Radia spent about seven years working across IG's UK and Australian businesses. Most recently, he was a Senior Trader at IG Group, a role he started in December 2024.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a Product Manager at IG and spent 18 months as a Dealer at IG Australia in Melbourne. He joined IG in London as a graduate trainee in 2019, then moved into an Equities Dealer role.

The appointment follows several other recent Capital.com hires from IG. In September, Capital.com brought on Gavin Pugh as a Premium Client Manager after he worked on IG's premium client team. The broker has also hired former IG executives Sean Power, Phil Harbage, and Peter Ward for its London operation.

Capital.com has made appointments in other areas of the business as well. In August, the company named Mamoon Sbeih its Chief Strategy Officer. He oversees corporate strategy, government relations, and corporate communications as the broker enters new markets.

Radia earned a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics. He began his trading career as an intern in Shell's Trading & Supply business.
