Valetax Names John Taylor as Chief Commercial Officer

Valetax has named John Taylor as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) as it builds out its commercial leadership and expands its global operations. The move fits the company's push to create a more structured, performance-focused organization that can support growth in key markets.

Taylor brings more than 25 years of experience in global financial markets. His background includes senior roles at tier 1 investment banks and leading CFD brokerages. He has also held board-level positions as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, giving him a broad view of both strategy and day-to-day operations.

Over the course of his career, Taylor has worked in more than 20 countries. His experience spans markets across MENA, South Africa, Brazil, India, Europe, and Southeast Asia. He has led market entry plans, managed expansion in regulated environments, and backed cross-border growth projects.

In addition, he has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, including post-acquisition integration. He has also helped build new business lines in fast-growing markets. His work has often tied commercial planning to operational delivery, which has been a steady part of his leadership style.

At Valetax, Taylor will lead the company's global commercial strategy. His role includes improving market structure, growing partnership and business development channels, and keeping commercial plans aligned with product work and the overall client experience.
