Darren Moffett Named FXTM's Chief Marketing Officer

FXTM has appointed Darren Moffett as Chief Marketing Officer, adding to its senior leadership team as the online broker advances its international growth plans.

Moffett will work from FXTM's London office and oversee the company's brand strategy, proposition development, and client value initiatives. His role will focus on strengthening FXTM's market position while helping the broker attract and retain clients across its international business.

FXTM CEO Chafic Badr said Moffett's background in building brand propositions and driving customer growth fits the broker's current expansion plans.

The appointment follows several strategic changes at FXTM. Earlier in 2026, the company stopped operating under its UK regulatory license and increased its focus on the United Arab Emirates. FXTM also upgraded its regulatory status in the UAE, allowing it to operate there as a full broker.

The UAE is becoming more important to FXTM's international business, which also covers several other markets.

FXTM operates under Exinity, the financial services group founded in 2020. The group says its brands serve more than two million clients in over 150 countries.

Exinity has operating hubs in major financial centers such as Dubai, Limassol, London, and Hong Kong. These locations support the group's businesses across multiple regions.

Exinity Group CEO Olga Rybalkina also pointed to Moffett's varied professional background, which differs from the experience of many executives in the online trading industry. She connected his appointment with changes in the media sector and the need for financial brands to improve how they communicate with clients and deliver value.

Founded in 2011, FXTM provides retail traders with online access to financial markets and has built an international presence. Moffett's appointment comes as the broker continues to develop its brand strategy and expand in key markets.
