Exinity hires OANDA executive Stephanie Cook to lead marketing operations

Exinity has hired former OANDA executive Stephanie Cook as vice president of marketing operations and B2B marketing, FNG has learned. Her appointment follows the recent hiring of longtime OANDA Chief Marketing Officer Darren Moffett, who joined FXTM, Exinity's retail FX and CFDs brokerage brand, as CMO.

OANDA, a CFD broker, was acquired in late 2025 by Prague-based proprietary trading firm FTMO.

Cook is based in London and spent five years at OANDA. She first led affiliates and partnerships, then headed marketing operations, programs, and corporates. Before joining OANDA, she worked in the gaming sector at Hero Gaming, Lottoland, and Rank Interactive.

Exinity launched in 2020 as the umbrella group for online businesses owned by Andrey Dashin, who also owns the CFD broker Alpari. The group's businesses include FXTM, the Nemo investing app, the Pulse gaming platform, and liquidity provider Exinity Connect.
