Pepperstone Names Reed Sayer UK Head After XTB Stint

Pepperstone names XTB veteran Reed Sayer as UK head

Pepperstone has hired trading executive Reed Sayer as its new Head of UK, the broker said on Friday.

Based in London, Sayer will handle commercial growth, client relationships, and Pepperstone's expansion across the UK market.

He joins from X-Trade Brokers (XTB), where he spent more than 10 years and most recently worked as Head of UK Sales.

Marc Boever, Pepperstone's Head of EMEA, said the appointment fits the firm's focus on the UK as a key market. He said Sayer brings strong commercial experience, solid standing in the UK market, and a leadership style that should support both clients and staff.

Pepperstone also said its UK business was named a leader in six service categories in the Investment Trends Leveraged Trading Report 2026, including first place for value for money and spreads.

The broker operates from 12 offices around the world and says it serves more than 830,000 traders globally.
