Josh Dentrinos, CEO of retail FX and CFDs broker ATFX's prop trading arm, ATFunded, says he's leaving the role.
ATFunded launched about a year ago, as more online brokers began rolling out their own prop firm brands. ATFX later appointed Dentrinos as CEO after bringing him in from prop firm MyForexFunds, where he served as Head of Risk and Trading.
Dentrinos shared the news on X (formerly Twitter), where he posts under the name "Josh Dentrinos, That Prop firm guy" and the handle @PropJoshD. He said his main goal at ATFunded was to build a strong base and help establish the brand's reputation. According to Dentrinos, that work is now complete, so the company has started moving leadership over to @atf_cj.
He added that @atf_cj has worked closely with him for a long time across multiple projects. Because of that, Dentrinos said he trusts him to lead the next phase for ATFunded.
While stepping away from the top role, Dentrinos said he plans to stay available to support people at ATFunded and ATFX. On a personal level, he also said he's taking a break to handle personal matters. After that, he plans to restart a project he paused over the last year, which he expects to share more about soon.
Dentrinos also said he'll continue to recommend traders work with ATFunded and ATFX.
