FP Markets Appoints Geo Nicolaidis as Head of AI Transformation

Nicolaidis will lead the broker's work to adopt an AI-native operating model and expand AI use across teams.

FP Markets has appointed Geo Nicolaidis as Head of AI Transformation, adding technology leadership to the broker's Cyprus-based team.

In the role, Nicolaidis will guide FP Markets toward an AI-native operating model. His work will include developing guardrails and evaluation methods for AI agents, transforming manual workflows, and training cross-functional teams to use AI more effectively.

Nicolaidis joins FP Markets after five years at Deriv, where he most recently served as Executive Director of the Cyprus office. He previously held roles at Deriv as DevOps Manager and Technical Product Owner for AI Automations. Earlier in his career, he worked at FXGT.
