FXBO onboards Natalie Agopian as new commercial chief

FXBO names former Praxis executive Natalie Agopian chief commercial officer

Cyprus-based broker CRM solutions provider FXBO (also known as FX Back Office) has named Natalie Agopian as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). She will work out of Dubai, and will also take on the roles of UAE Director and Board Advisor.

Agopian brings close to 10 years of experience across SaaS sales and payment orchestration. She spent the past eight years at payments platform provider Praxis Tech, where she held senior leadership positions. During her time in Cyprus and Dubai, she helped build regional operations, grow sales teams, and support global commercial planning.

At FXBO, Agopian will focus on tightening up commercial operations, helping drive international growth, and speeding up work on the company’s payment offering, which is a key part of FXBO’s product roadmap.

Natalie Agopian said she has followed FXBO for years and respected how the company grew through customer recommendations, pointing to its feature set and flexibility. She added that the move had been discussed for some time, and it came down to timing.

FXBO CEO Dmitriy Petrenko said the company is pleased to bring Agopian on as CCO and as Director of its Dubai entity. He noted her technical background, sales leadership experience, and knowledge of payments, and said her addition should help strengthen FXBO’s CRM platform and support continued product growth.
